At Toy Collectors India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and quality seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 24-48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
